Walking distance to the british library and within only 5 minutes walk of brunswick centre. Comfortable beds in the rooms.
-
Quick access to british library. 5 mins from metro station. Fantastic base for discovering London.
-
The situation was great. It was two minutes from Kings Kross station.
All very small, old and crooked. The floor was crooked and so was the bed. You're not very sympathetic.
-
Kettle and 2 cups . Coffee and tea for the first morning
Cleaning the room . There is little or no storage space for culture bags, drinks, suitcases or anything else. No hooks for jacket or towels
-
The location was convenient to Kings Cross and all of London,
Rushed breakfast because 3 hotels used the small dining room, no chair in room, very small room, minimal breakfast, had to search around the area for the reception at another hotel.
-
Great location, very close to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. The location and a friendly guy at the reception are about the only positive things that can be said about this totally overpriced hotel.
Incredibly expensive for what it offers. Minuscule room without space for even a small suitcase or to move. No real shower at all, you just stand on the tiled floor floor of the tiny bathroom, bent over the toilet, and there is a dribble of water coming from the ceiling. The breakfast is very basic and after the standard question "tea or coffee" I was given hot water and instant coffee. The wireless Internet connection is unreliable. Also, there is no reception in the hotel, you have to go to a different hotel to check in and out, which is pretty inconvenient if you have heavy luggage, especially as you're not told where you have to go to check in at the time of booking. In short, what this Hotel offers would be fine for a cheap backpackers' place, but not for 85 pounds per night.

Rooms very small. Booked into Albion but moved to another hotel. Travelling with my 81 year mother so had to walk to the albion for reception and breakfast.
-
Extremely convenient location for St Pancras International. Competitive room rate.
Rooms were extremely cramped and the noise produced by other guests moving through the hotel was intrusive.
-
The location of Albion House was ideal for our station destination of Kings X
On-line the rooms looked very promising however on arrival we were very disappointed as we were given a basement room with no views and this was very warm at night. The bed bases were dirty under the valances. The shower leaked from the waste pipe all over the floor, however this was quickly repaired by the hotel handyman. The breakfast dining facilities were particularly poor in a small basement room which could not cater for all the guests in the three hotels it served. The quality of continental food was also poor with little choice and basic quality of food. Allegedly a new conservatory is to be constructed for dining in 2012 however there was no sign of this facility in November and the food needs to dramatically improve.
-
Comfortable good location for central London
At night the square opposite was intimidating, recommend a taxi for late arrivals
-
Well situated close to saint pancras and city center
The breakfast is very "poor", the reception guy is not very friendly neither helpfull, poorly insolated
-
Convenient for morning Euro Star train
Breakfast arrangements in a different building
-
clean. Location
The reception desk is in another building, about 100 ft away, but the only way i knew a worker was sitting on the curb. Once i located the desk, not easy, the man at the desk, didnt know i was going. And then asked me to pay again. It was only after i challenged the idea, that he gave us a room. The room was so hot it was unbearable, in fairness it was a hot day but still no fan, nor air con. Also to check out no one was at the desk and so i had no option but to leave it in the room.

It was in a bad area of London. There was a party going on all night outside the hotel. The floors were dirty but the bathrooms were clean. The rooms were very small. You could hardly get around the bed. I was dissapionted in this hotel. We chose it because it was close to the Eurostar station.

Travelled to Albion House but given a room in a sister hotel across the road. Nice hotel, recently modernised. Room was small but comfortable, breakfast was served in a different hotel but we were shown there by receptionist. Breakfast was busy and simple but ok. Good value for money considering location! Would stay again!
Noise from street was disturbing but to be expected in central London!
